Project 2 : Implementation of Infor CSI for a global pipe manufacturing company<\/h2><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

MEC Bluechip Technologies is engaged with a global engineered pipe services company. Recently, MEC Bluechip Technologies partnered with this company, which has a corporate office in the USA and operations in various Middle East countries, to implement Infor CloudSuite ERP. The company manufactures piping systems and provides installation and after-sales services to its customers. The scope of the project is complex, as each of the countries\/sites has a different nature of operations (projects and production), but the financials have to roll up to the corporate office.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Being in the ERP cloud version, the challenge from the consulting standpoint is how to map the requirements in the core ERP with bare minimum customizations. To minimize this risk, our team has been working with corporate PMOs, functional heads, and local users. Two sites in the Middle East have gone live and are transitioning through the optimization phase with support from our 24\/7 managed services team.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
