Project 3: Infor ERP with Warehouse Management Systems using Infor ION for a hospitality group in the Middle East<\/h2><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

This engagement is with a large European hospitality company for their sites in the Middle East to integrate their Infor ERP. We helped another customer in the Middle East from the hospitality industry by integrating their Infor ERP with Warehouse Management Systems using Infor ION. The procurement and sales teams need to be connected in real-time with the warehouse team. The project covered 13 integration touchpoints from PO to payment through receiving and order to cash through shipping. Considering the warehouse and purchasing departments operate from different locations, a significant amount of time was spent on the order receiving, bill matching processes, and inventory reconciliation. The integration helped department users take action in real-time and ensure the correctness of data in inventory and financials<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Digital Transformation: Infor ION to integrate Infor ERP with the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Infor ION provides BODs (Business Object Documents) which are XML documents for integrating external systems.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

<\/path><\/svg><\/span>ERP and WMS got tightly integrated and enabled the customer to get accurate and real-time information and process the transactions. We used 13 BODs to connect both systems.<\/span><\/div>\n\n\n\n
<\/path><\/svg><\/span>Resolved the challenges of having two different systems in silos by bringing them into a single platform.<\/span><\/div>\n\n\n\n
<\/path><\/svg><\/span>Accurate inventory information speeded up the PO processing and shipments.<\/span><\/div>\n\n\n\n
